How are your masks made?
Our masks feature 3 layers of fabric — 2 of which are 100% cotton and 1 polyester cotton. They include a filter slot, adjustable elastic ear loops and a 3D template design for comfort.
What do MTO, RTS, OOAK and WYSIWYG mean?
MTO (Made to Order): items are created after purchase and payment.
RTS (Ready to Sell): pre-made items that ship immediately.
OOAK (One of a Kind): unique items available only in the stated size(s).
WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get): the product is sold exactly as displayed.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Because everything is handmade using different sections of fabric, each piece varies a little. We celebrate that — beauty doesn't come from being perfect, and every item is one of a kind.
Do the masks take a filter?
Yes — all masks include a filter slot for added protection. Filters are available for purchase separately.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Sizing page for detailed measurements, and measure your child before ordering. Sizing varies by pattern, and the item description will indicate the fit where applicable.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are non-refundable, so please check the measurements carefully before purchasing. Masks cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Can items be altered?
Ready-made items cannot be altered. For made-to-order (MTO) purchases, contact us to discuss possible modifications — what's feasible depends on the design.
Orders & shipping
Can I combine designs or fabrics on a custom order?
Yes — for made-to-order items you can tell us your preferred designs or fabrics and we'll let you know what's possible. Just drop us a note when you enquire.
How do I place an order?
We take orders by message. Head to the shop, open the item you love, and use the Instagram, Facebook or email buttons. We'll confirm the details, share payment info and arrange shipping (free within Singapore with a minimum spend of SGD $80).
